What does Zonar mean in Reiki?

The Zonar is a Reiki symbol that is learned in the first level of Karuna Reiki, although it is also used in other forms of Reiki. It looks like the letter Z, but with the addition of three concentric infinity symbols that run through the middle. It is an attractive symbol, with power and a mystical air and an esoteric touch. According to Reiki Karuna, the energy released by meditating on the Zonar Reiki symbol and using it during Reiki sessions can help us resolve problems such as past life trauma, addictions, unfortunate relationships, phobias...
